The information we receive

The audit form sends us your name, company, website, phone number, email address and any notes you add. If you ring a number listed here, our phone provider logs the calling number and the details of the call.

What it's used for

Preparing your audit, answering you, and running the work if you hire us. Some details pass through the tools that run our forms, inbox and phone system, and they're bound by agreements to use it for that purpose only.

AI assistants

Any AI assistant you meet here or on our phone line announces itself at the start, and asking for a human is always an option.

Visit counts

Traffic is measured with cookie-free analytics that can't tell who you are.

Retention and your rights

If an audit request doesn't turn into work, we delete it within eighteen months. Whenever you like, request a copy of what we hold, or have it corrected or erased.
